Culture Quarter is a not for profit, membership based organisation in Whitley Bay in the North East of England, which aims to encourage participation of residents and visitors in a range of artistic and cultural festivals and events.

We have already started hosting a range of events in 2009 and many more planned throughout the remainder of this year and into 2010.
